**Optional Cancellation Protection**- Allows cancellation for ANY reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies paid returned ($50 fee applies at booking).

Located in the heart of it all, Tequila Mockingbird is a 1-bedroom condo right above Seaside's iconic Modica Market overlooking the town and the beautiful emerald coast!

Tequila Mockingbird is a 2-story condo with an oversized king master bedroom with private bath and flat screen TV on the main level with WIFI internet access. The master bath offers a bath/shower combo.

Up a spiral staircase the condo offers open living and dining spaces, eclectic decor, and gorgeous private balcony views. The designer kitchen has stainless appliances, a sub zero fridge, bar seating for two and a dining table that seats two more. The living room has a sleeper sofa, additional seating and flat screen TV as well. A private balcony completes the upper level and offers the best views in the condo. Kick back and enjoy the sunset over the gulf from the comfort of Tequila Mockingbird!
