-Vacation Cancellation Protection- Allows cancellation for any reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies refunded ($125 fee applies at booking)

Summer Place is a custom 3-bedroom cottage that has traditional Seaside Charm on the outside and complete luxury on the inside. For those that choose not to wait in lines at local restaurants, Summer Place comes with a Chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero Appliances. Natural gas was brought in to run the six-burner range.

Top of the line televisions and custom sound system in the living, dining and kitchen controlled by your phone and music app of your choice. There are 2 master bedrooms with King Beds, one down and one up. The kids' room is upstairs and has 3 Queen Beds. All of the mattresses are Heavenly™, by Westin Hotels.
There are 4 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower that leads into one of the full bathrooms.
The washer and dryer are commercial rated and ready for beach towels and the sand. The water system is filtered 4 times with a whole house water filtration system. Both air conditioning systems use ultraviolet light to eliminate bacteria and mold in the air for better air quality.
A huge screened in front porch to relax, drink your coffee and watch the world go by. Best of all, private parking for three cars!

** WE ALLOW ONE SMALL, NON-SHEDDING DOG PER RENTAL ($250.00 SURCHARGE added after initial booking). Small is 30 pounds or less. No aggressive breeds.
