S'mores is a WaterColor carriage house that can be rented together or separately (only availabel as a 1-bedroom rental from September-February) from the main house, Camp Sight. Located in WaterColor's sought-after Camp District and directly across the street from Camp WaterColor, this carriage house is an oversized guest cottage that sleeps 4 comfortably.
A separate entrance to the carriage house is located between the two homes. Upstairs you will enjoy an open living and dining space complete with full-size kitchen, stainless appliances, and bar seating for 4. A sleeper sofa and TV complete this area. A queen bedroom and full bath (shower/tub) is just off the living area. A door upstairs gives you access to a shared deck with shared grill and outdoor dining space.
This carriage house comes with 1 parking space and amenity access for up to 4 people.
