Welcome to Seagrove Orange — a bright, comfortable, and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in a friendly gated community with private beach access and a sparkling pool. Perfectly suited for families or groups of up to 8, this end-unit retreat combines casual charm with plenty of space to gather and unwind. Guests love it so much, they return year after year!

Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, right on scenic 30A, Seagrove Orange is situated on the second floor and easily accessible by elevator or stairs. Convenient parking at the rear of the building makes unloading and reloading hassle-free.

Inside, a welcoming layout provides both privacy and plenty of communal space. All three bedrooms are set along a central hallway:

- Queen bedroom with en-suite bath (tub/shower combo)
- Bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks and an adjacent full bath (accessible from the bedroom or hall)
- King master suite, featuring a spacious dressing and vanity area, walk-in closet, and a large en-suite with jetted tub, walk-in shower, and dual sink spaces
- A laundry room is also tucked along the hallway for your convenience.

At the end of the hall, the space opens up to a light-filled open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen includes an eat-in bar, and the large dining table is perfect for meals or game nights. The living area invites you to relax with plenty of comfortable seating, a 55” HD Smart TV, and even a cozy fireplace for cooler months.

Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy views of 30A and the sparkling community pool below. There’s plenty of seating and a dining table for enjoying snacks, drinks, or a meal al fresco.

During your stay, you’ll love spending time at the large community pool — heated in March and April — or strolling or biking to your private beach access just down the road.
