Home Details: These 4 bedrooms plus 2 loft spacious home has 3 and 1/2 bathrooms, 2 bikes, 6 TVs, beach chairs and is brand new to the rental market! Sea Swell Place is just 2 blocks from the beach and approximately 30 steps to the 12,000 sq. ft. community pool. Tons of porches and 3 separate hang-out areas allows everyone to have their own spot to rest and relax. There is parking on the side and the front of the home as well as plenty of surrounding public parking. 14 guests can sleep here so no one is left out! Sea Swell Place's recently updated kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with counter seating for 6 friends! The dining room is right off the kitchen and seats 6 additional guests. Your family can spread out and enjoy the large TV with DVD player in the family room, which is right off the kitchen and dining room. This property is walking distance to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and, of course, the center of Seacrest Village, with live music, restaurants and shopping.

Reviews
My family and I had a great stay. There were towels and toys for the beach at our house. The location was perfect for a family vacation, including proximity to the beach and restaurants and a great pool.
