Sea Swell Place is just 2 blocks from the beach and approximately 30 steps to the 12,000 sq. ft. community pool. Tons of porches and 3 separate hang-out areas allows everyone to have their own spot to rest and relax. You have 5 dedicated parking spots, 3 on one side of the home and 2 on the other with plenty of surrounding public parking and 14 guests can sleep here so no one is left out! This property is walking distance to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and, of course, the center of Seacrest Village, with live music, restaurants and shopping.
* 1st Floor *
Recently updated, the kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with counter seating for 6 friends! The dining room is right off the kitchen and seats 6 additional guests. Your family can spread out and enjoy the large TV with DVD player in the family room, which is right off the kitchen and dining room. Still on the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom. There is one bedroom with a Queen Bed and the other bedroom has a Queen Bed. Also located on the first floor is a full size front loading washer and dryer.
*2nd Floor *
Once you head up to the second floor, there is a living space with a set of built in bunks and entertainment center perfect for a kid's hangout. The kids have a Playstation 3 to utilize when the rain hits, too. There is also a small chair with a twin pullout sleeper sofa in this loft area. To the right is a massive bedroom with a Queen size bed, two twin beds, and a large walkout balcony. There is a full bath accessible from the living space and side bedroom. To the left of the second floor living area is the master bedroom with a King bed and its own walkout balcony that overlooks Seacrest Beach Blvd. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that features dual sinks, a jetted tub/shower combination, and a private water closet.

The third floor is a bright living area with lots of windows and an open air balcony. There is a little window nook perfect for curling up with a book. There is a small bar area with a sink, half bathroom, coffee maker and wine cooler. There is also a water closet for convenience.
