Located in the heart of Seagrove, the Salty Mermaid is a 2-bedroom beach house just off Eastern Lake and a short 5-minute walk to the beach.
Down the quiet street of Dalton Drive just off Eastern Lake, the Salty Mermaid is an elevated beach house on stilts situated back off the main street. Under the decking, guests can enjoy outdoor seating, a porch swing, and private grill. Inside the bottom level is a kid's game room with daybed/lounging space, entertainment space, TV and games.
Up the outside stairs, you'll enjoy a wraparound outdoor lounging set perfect for enjoying the beautiful Florida beach weather. Inside is an open living, dining, and kitchen space. The updated kitchen offers stainless appliances, bar seating for 3 and all the cooking utensils to make delicious meals in after a long day at the beach. The dining space seats an additional 6. The living room offers several places to lounge and watch TV. *Please note that all TVs in the home have smart capabilities, but do not offer cable through a local provider*
Down the hall are the two guest bedrooms. There is a KING master bedroom with private en suite (bath/shower), and a guest bedroom with a QUEEN + a FULL bed and hallway bathroom (bath/shower), Both rooms have smart TVs.
