The ever-popular flip flop floor plan allows guests to spend most of their time upstairs where you can enjoy views of Seaside. On the main level, you will find 3 guestrooms. There are 2 queen guestrooms with private bath, one with a flat screen TV along with a 3rd guestroom that has a bunk bed layout (sleeps 2) with mounted TV and a private half bath.

Upstairs is an open living/dining space with gourmet kitchen, flat screen TV and access to the upstairs balconies. A half bath completes this level.

Up one more flight of stairs is where you'll enjoy the best views in the house from your very own crow's nest. Ocean and town views surround Rena's Smile. Sit back, relax and take in all that Seaside has offer from your very own tower!

The homes are completely private and usually rented to different groups, with their own outdoor, private seating spaces and separate outdoor showers, however, can be rented together as a GREAT dual family option as well.
