One of two guest houses to the "Feeling Good Again" main cottage on Seaside Avenue, the Quincy Carriage House is the upstairs unit and can be rented with the 8 bedroom main house or separately - as a one-bedroom guest house - as listed here.

Home Details: The Quincy Carriage House offers a private entrance to these Inn-like accommodations complete with private living space, flat screen TV, and modified kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, sink, toaster, and cookware. The entire carriage house is decorated in a tasteful bed and breakfast manor with beautiful wallpaper, decor, and plush bedding.
Accommodations: (sleeps 4)- Located on the second level of guest cottage
Bedroom 1: King bed, Flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo
The living space also offers a sleeper sofa, more suitable for small children
**Please note there is not a washer/dryer with this guest house.
**Please note we automatically include the cost of swim and fitness passes to our Seaside reservations. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals and listed as part of the “HOST FEES” in VRBO’s cost breakdown. The cost for this cottage is $24/day.
