Heaven on Earth! La Casa Esmeralda is your private, luxurious beach front home where every room has beautiful views of the Gulf! This home is exquisitely designed and detailed with fine finishes and the most amazing views. Unique to this home is the East - West beach orientation so every bedroom and family area has a spectacular view of the ocean. The east and west views are also unobstructed so you will get the most amazing sunrise and sunset views on the panhandle. We are only minutes away from the Rosemary Beach community and Alys Beach developments; so you can enjoy the energy of these without the crowds on the ocean. Everyone will love the splash pool/spa with it's waterfall and amazing views of the gulf. There is also a propane gas grill for guest to use.

Parking under the home with 4+ spots dedicated to this home. Walk up the stairs to enter the home.
1st Floor:
Enter a large private bedroom with 2 full beds facing the beautiful Gulf. Next to this room is your bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks, so this room sleeps 4. In the hallway, there are an additional set of bunk beds. There is a shared hallway bathroom. Last but certainly not least is the pool with waterfall. Lounge chairs, propane grill and a patio reaching each end of the house will make you never wanting to leave!
Top Floor:
As you walk up the stairs, you are enveloped in nothing but gorgeous white sand and blue water with tons of large windows. First you will walk into the large family room with massive HGTV, spacious couch along with additional seating. On this open-concept level, you also have your dining table with room for 8. The kitchen is a generous size, with all the utensils a Chef would need. 3 bar stools allow socializing as you cook. The master is also on the top floor with gorgeous ocean views, a king bed and private master bath.
Includes beach towels, 4 nice wooden beach chairs. Chair service is also available for an additional fee.
*Payment must be made to heat the pool. The pool is $50 per day. Please note this is a pool, and not a hot tub. Let us know if you would like to add this addition.
