Home Details: This 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath cottage includes one KING master bedroom on the main level with a private newly renovated bathroom. Upstairs there is another oversized KING master with a private bathroom. The second floor is also home to a dual twin bedroom. There are 2 private baths (one off each master bedroom) and one hallway bathroom on the second floor for the twin bedroom.
Also on the main level is the spacious kitchen (updated Summer 2020) that opens up to a large dining area, fun-filled family room, and entertainment for movie nights or a family game night!
Whether you're thinking about going coastal, or just going to the cottage has it all! As if the inside of the house wasn't good front of the house boasts a spacious screened in porch.
Going Coastal is what Seaside is all about! Centrally located steps to Ruskin Place and the Seaside Town Square.

*Additional fees are required to reserve Pickleball and Tennis courts paid directly to the Seaside amenity Center.
