Located in the Old Seagrove community, The Grove by the Sea, "Down Time" is a well-appointed 4 bedroom, 4 bath beach home across from the community pool and a quick 5-minute walk to the beach. Don't fancy a walk, use the 4-seater golf cart provided with your rental.
Down Time offers wrap around screened porches that give way to open living and dining spaces on the main level. An updated kitchen with stainless appliances, bar seating for 3 and an eat-in kitchen dining for 8. The living room offers extra seating for the whole family with flat screen TV. Two of the four bedrooms flank the downstairs living spaces. A spacious queen bedroom with private en-suite (shower only) and a dual bunk room (sleeps 4) with private en-suite (bath/shower combo) complete the main level of Down Time.
Upstairs, you will enjoy two spacious king suites. Both rooms offer private bathrooms, (one with shower only and one with shower/bath combo) flat screen TVs and private balconies. Porch swings and outdoor seating space overlook private landscape with community pool views in the distance.
An outdoor BBQ grill and gas grill are included with this rental.
