March- Labor Day the main home and guest house must always be rented together (5 bedroom, sleeps up to 14), however in the off season, after Labor Day-end of February, the guest house may be rented separately as a 1 bedroom by itself, sleeping up to 4 and the main house as a 4 bedroom sleeping 10. Please see the listing on our Sandpiper Vacation Rentals management site called "Smores" to view the 1 bedroom listing. When booking the main house the guest house is ALWAYS included March 1-Labor Day. We will notify you if the guest house is rented separately during the off season.
This beautiful beach house with its covered porches is enviably located on a corner lot in WaterColor. The white cottage-style kitchen is fully loaded with quality appliances including a farm sink and Viking range with hood. Granite counters flow into a breakfast bar seating four. Imagine entertaining in this generous open space with vaulted ceiling providing an abundance of airy natural light. This upper floor enjoys excellent views through multiple sets of French doors and from the wrap-around balcony. It's the perfect place to chill out on loungers with a drink and look down on the world passing leisurely by. The lot includes a desirable self-contained carriage house for guests above a two-car garage. Hop on the 6 seater golf cart and attend a picnic with family and friends in Wood Fern Park or stroll to the neighborhood pool at Camp WaterColor with its cafe and Lazy River.
