Located in WaterColor's Lake District, Birds of a Feather is a recently updated 2 bedroom beach house that sleeps 8 comfortably. Custom Serena & Lily decor combined with an open floor plan, sweeping porches, and beautiful updates make this a favorite home for many repeat 30A vacationers.
Nestled just off Western Lake and steps to downtown WaterColor, the newly renovated beach club, and the acclaimed Emerald Coast, Birds of a Feather offers luxurious accommodations for the whole family. A sprawling front porch offers outdoor lounging space to kick back and relax. The main living and dining space offers ample seating, a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), dining for 6 and an updated kitchen complete with stainless appliances and bar seating for 3 more.
A king master bedroom with TV is on the main level with a private en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, garden tub, and separate shower. A private screened porch is just off this bedroom.
The laundry room and a half bath complete the main level.
Upstairs is a lofted guest bedroom with two queen beds (sleeps 4), TV, and private en-suite with shower only.
This home comes with passes to the Watercolor private beach locations and 5 pools including the Beach Club and Camp Watercolor locations.
