Let us welcome you back to Beach Haven, masterfully renovated in 2022 with all new bathrooms, kitchen, outside decks/shower, etc. Located in Seaside and just 5 houses from the beach on Robert’s Way. Beach Haven is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath cottage that lives large with a sleeping loft, private porches and amazing tower views. Enjoy morning coffee on the back porch or take a quiet stroll along Seaside’s Rosewalk just out your front door.
Guests are greeted by reserved parking space, a new brick courtyard with BBQ grill and two complimentary bikes. The entry level has a queen master bedroom with dual closets and new ensuite shower/bath. The best outdoor shower in Seaside is also just outside your back porch door! This updated outdoor shower includes hot and cold water and is completely private. Across the hall is the second queen bedroom and another new bathroom/shower.
Upstairs is an open two-story living room, dining area, and laundry with updated half bath. Open the double doors off the living room to a large porch perfect for enjoying Seaside evenings. The new kitchen has a six-burner gas stove/oven, quartz countertops, etc.
Up the carpeted spiral staircase is a loft with twin beds and views of the gulf. Then it is onto to the best views in the house – from your own private tower/deck. Watch the sun rise or set over the town of Seaside from the best seat in the house. Count down the ringing of the sunset bell at Bud & Alley’s! Come for a long weekend or stay for a week – make Beach Haven your special place!
