Home Details: Let us welcome you back to Beach Haven, masterfully renovated in 2022 with all new bathrooms, kitchen, outside decks/shower, etc. Located in Seaside and just 5 houses from the beach on Robert’s Way. Beach Haven is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath cottage that lives large with a sleeping loft, private porches and amazing tower views. Enjoy morning coffee on the back porch or take a quiet stroll along Seaside’s Rosewalk just out your front door. Guests are greeted by reserved parking space, a new brick courtyard with BBQ grill and two complimentary bikes. The best outdoor shower in Seaside is also just outside your back porch door! This updated outdoor shower includes hot and cold water and is completely private.
Upstairs is an open two-story living room, dining area, and laundry with updated half bath. Open the double doors off the living room to a large porch perfect for enjoying Seaside evenings. The new kitchen has a six-burner gas stove/oven, quartz countertops, etc.
Up the carpeted spiral staircase is a loft with twin beds and views of the gulf. Then it is onto to the best views in the house – from your own private tower/deck. Watch the sun rise or set over the town of Seaside from the best seat in the house. Count down the ringing of the sunset bell at Bud & Alley’s! Come for a long weekend or stay for a week – make Beach Haven your special place!

Accommodations: (sleeps 6)
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen master bedroom with dual closets and new ensuite shower. This room has direct access to a new LARGE, completely private outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom and newly remodeled hall bath with shower/tub combo.
Second Floor: Open 2 story great room with access to the improved outdoor seating area overlooking Rosewalk gardens. Fully stocked Kitchen with new appliances and quartz countertops
Third Floor:
Bedroom (loft) 3: Up the spiral staircase are 2 Twin beds. From here you can access the new and enlarged viewing tower!

**Please note that we require Saturday to Saturday rentals during high season.
**Swim and Fitness passes are automatically included with your rental unless you opt out. Please notify management if you would like this cost removed from your rental. It is included as part of the host fee listed on VRBO.
*Additional fees are required to reserve Pickleball and Tennis courts paid directly to the Seaside amenity Center.
