**Optional Cancellation Protection**- Allows cancellation for ANY reason up to 48 hours in advance of stay and guarantees 50% of all monies paid returned ($50 fee applies at booking).

HOME DETAILS: Located in the beautiful beach town of Seaside, FL, Atrium is a 2-story guest cottage located on Tupelo Street one block from the beach! One of the largest one-bedroom cottages in Seaside, Atrium sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 full bathrooms and a private driveway to park! Come for the long weekend or stay for the week - Atrium has all you'll need to make this the vacation of your dreams!

ACCOMMODATIONS (Sleeps 4):
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed w/flat screen TV (not shown), washer/dryer and private bath (shower only).
Second Floor: Open living and dining space for 4, kitchen complete with cook top, toaster oven, mini fridge (no freezer), dishwasher, and microwave. A pull-out sofa (Spring 2024) big enough to sleep 2 kids or one adult comfortably, flat screen TV, full bath (shower only), and a small terrace.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
**Seaside prohibits golf cart rentals or for guests to bring their own.
**DOG OWNERS: ONE SMALL NON-SHEDDING DOG IS ALLOWED with this rental with a $150 pet fee.
*Additional fees are required to reserve Pickleball and Tennis courts paid directly to the Seaside amenity Center.
*Seaside Chapel with Sunday services, Walkable Town Center from rental home including shopping, restaurants and upscale grocery market.
